1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "the merchant") and Bedi SEO ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of Pulse SEO – AI Audit & Fix (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. What the App does
Pulse SEO is a Shopify application that:
- scans your Shopify blog posts and your Google Search Console data to identify SEO issues such as traffic decay, broken links, broken images, missing alt text, thin content, money leaks, and missing meta tags;
- generates suggested fixes using artificial intelligence, including alt text, meta descriptions, SEO titles, and replacement or repaired links; and
- applies those fixes to your blog content only after you preview and approve each one.
The App reads your Google Search Console data on a read-only basis. When you approve a fix, the App edits only the blog post content concerned — it does not modify your theme, storefront, product pages, checkout, or your Search Console account.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must operate a Shopify store and have authority to install apps and manage content on it. Installation, authentication, and permissions are handled through Shopify. You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
4. Plans, billing, and free trial
- The App is offered on subscription plans (currently Pro and Pro+), at the pricing shown on our website and in the Shopify App Store at the time you subscribe.
- All billing is processed by Shopify through your Shopify account. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- A 14-day free trial is available. The number of AI fixes available during the trial may differ from the full paid plan, as disclosed at sign-up.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. AI-generated fixes and your responsibility
Fixes suggested by the App are produced by automated AI systems. While they are designed to follow SEO best practices and to stay within length limits, they may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your content. You are responsible for reviewing every suggested fix before approving it. When you approve a fix, you authorise the App to apply it to your blog content, and you remain responsible for the resulting content on your store.
6. No guarantee of results
Search-engine rankings, traffic, conversions, and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, competition, and market conditions. We do not warrant or guarantee any specific improvement in rankings, traffic, revenue, or bounce rate from using the App. The App is a tool to help you find and fix issues — not a guarantee of any outcome.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with it, disrupt its operation, use it in connection with unlawful content, or circumvent usage limits such as monthly fix allowances. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Third-party services and your data
The App relies on third-party services including Shopify and Google Search Console, and on the infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Shopify and Google is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. How we collect, use, store, and delete your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while your subscription is active. You retain all rights to your own store content, including content the App helps you edit.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any issue it identifies is complete or exhaustive.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the App or other users. On termination, your right to use the App ends; data handling after uninstall is described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India [add your city/state to specify the venue].
